How do I return or exchange a product?

Return eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Subscription items have separate return guidelines — see below.
How to start a return
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different product, we recommend starting a return and placing a new order to ensure fastest delivery.
