Cancelling your subscription
How to cancel
Cancel any time from the portal under Subscription settings, or ask us by email or chat. Cancellation takes effect immediately unless you choose end-of-term.
What you're refunded
Monthly plans simply don't renew. Annual plans cancelled mid-term receive a pro-rated refund for full unused months, back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Your data
Your account data remains exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
